1. Order Processing Time
We work hard to get your orders dispatched quickly.

All orders are processed and packed within 1-2 business days of being placed.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

During high-volume periods, such as sales or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.
2. Shipping Within Australia (Domestic)
We ship to all states and territories within Australia. We use reliable carriers to ensure your order gets to you safely.

Free Shipping Offer: We offer FREE Standard Shipping on all Australian orders over $120 AUD.

Carrier: All orders are typically sent via Australia Post.

3. International Shipping
At this time, we only ship to addresses within Australia.
4. Order Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order is placed, you will receive an Order Confirmation email.
When your order has been dispatched, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email which will include your tracking number. You can use this number to track your order's journey on the carrier's website.
5. Incorrect Address or "Return to Sender"

It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct shipping address at checkout.

If an order is returned to us by the carrier due to an incorrect address, non-collection, or refusal, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery.

A re-delivery fee (equal to the original shipping cost) will apply to all orders returned to us for these reasons.
6. Lost or Damaged in Transit

Damaged: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at info@bitetime.com.au with your order number and photos of the damage, as per our Return & Refund Policy.

Lost: If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please check your tracking information. If it appears to be lost, please contact us at info@bitetime.com.au and we will launch an investigation with the carrier.
